It is run by a very sweet couple and we have received many beautiful pieces from them at reasonable prices from jewelry for me to watches for my husband and jewelry for our daughters. I love that I can bring in charms and have the charms added to my charm bracelet and it does not need to be sent away like I was told at Brownlee Jewelers. They have always been very accommodating and have actively communicate if any delays may occur. I would highly recommend them.
